Safe Water Technologies’ residential iron, hydrogen sulfide and manganese filters are built utilizing SWT’s MetalEase™ filter media as the primary layer. These chemical free filters are designed to remove dissolved metals (such as iron), silt, & turbidity from water. Vigorous back washing keeps the bed clean. SWT takes care of the little extras such as: machined PVC distribution systems, bypass valves, tank jackets, bolted on bases for ease of carrying, and a garnet under-bedding to prevent channeling. For superior filtration, reduce flow rates by 1/3 of the standard flow rate specification. All systems have other piping connections available.
